Return and Refund Policy

At Farmers Coffee L.L.C, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Coffee and Coffee Beans
Due to their perishable nature and to maintain the highest level of freshness, coffee and coffee beans are not eligible for returns or refunds. This policy ensures that all our customers receive the freshest products possible.
Non-Coffee Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-coffee items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return:
Please contact us at shop.farmerscoffee@gmail.com to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the product you desire, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
